• Affiliated with, endorsed by, authorized by, operated by, sponsored by, or certified by the Government of Andhra Pradesh
• Affiliated with, endorsed by, authorized by, operated by, sponsored by, or certified by the Government of Telangana
• A government department, treasury, DDO portal, or government service
• An official billing, payment, or claim-submission system

Do not interpret anything on DraftMyBill as government ownership, approval, authorization, endorsement, certification, partnership, or affiliation unless explicitly stated by the owner.

DraftMyBill is an independent software tool intended to help users prepare and verify bill calculations and documents (including salary, arrear, allowance, and surrender leave bills) and to view reference copies of government orders, circular memos, manuals, and application forms. It is operated by nRich IT Consulting Services.

Documents generated by DraftMyBill are calculation and preparation outputs for draft preparation and verification. They are not government-issued, government-certified, approved, authenticated, or sanctioned documents. They are not official bills, not valid for payment by themselves, and not a submission to any government department unless that department independently accepts a document you later present through official channels.

Generated bill PDFs include DraftMyBill draft identification (a draft watermark and disclaimer) stating that they are unofficial documents for preparation and verification purposes only. You must not present a DraftMyBill-generated document as an authentic government instrument without the required independent verification, approval, or sanction from the competent authority.

Government orders, circular memos, manuals, and forms made available in DraftMyBill are provided for convenient reference. They may not be complete, current, or identical to the official published version. Always confirm against the official source before relying on them.

• Users are responsible for the truthfulness, accuracy, and authorization of all information they enter, including claimant, employee, pay, arrear, pension, deduction, and other financial details.
• Users must not enter fabricated, false, misleading, or unauthorized information, and must not use DraftMyBill to create, facilitate, support, or submit fraudulent, forged, misleading, or unauthorized claims or documents.
• Users are responsible for reviewing generated calculations and documents.
• Users should verify bills against applicable official rules, orders, instructions, and departmental requirements before using them for any official purpose.

• DraftMyBill does not represent that a generated bill will automatically be accepted by any government department.
• DraftMyBill does not replace official government systems, procedures, rules, or approvals.
• DraftMyBill does not submit government bills or claims on behalf of the user.
• DraftMyBill does not issue pay, sanction leave, or authorize any government payment.
