These Terms & Conditions, including the Acceptable Use Policy (“Terms”), govern your access to and use of DraftMyBill (the “Application”), provided by nRich IT Consulting Services (“we”, “us”, or “our”).
DraftMyBill is an independent bill preparation and verification tool. It helps users prepare and check pay-related bills and view reference materials. It is not an official government billing, payment, or submission portal.

3. User account responsibilities
You must provide accurate registration information (name, mobile number, and password) and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
You must not attempt to access another user's account or bills. Each user may view, download, and delete only bills stored under their own account.
4. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree to use DraftMyBill only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. This Acceptable Use Policy is part of these Terms.
Legitimate bill preparation. DraftMyBill is a bill-preparation and verification tool. You may enter employee, claimant, pay, arrear, pension, deduction, leave, allowance, and other bill details yourself and create, preview, save, and download draft bills from that information. These Terms do not prevent normal users from preparing legitimate draft bills using information they enter.
No fraudulent use. You must not use DraftMyBill to create, facilitate, support, or submit fraudulent, forged, misleading, or unauthorized claims or documents. You must not impersonate a government department, government employee, DDO, treasury, authority, or other person or entity through use of the Application.
You must not attempt to disrupt the Application, access other users' data without authorization, misuse automated access, or use the Application in any way that could harm other users or the service.
5. User responsibility for information entered into bills
You are responsible for the truthfulness, accuracy, and authorization of all information you enter into DraftMyBill, including claimant and employee particulars, pay, arrear, pension, deduction, leave, allowance, and other financial information. You must enter only information you are authorized to process.
You must not enter fabricated, false, misleading, or unauthorized claimant, employee, pay, arrear, pension, deduction, or other financial information.
6. Accuracy of user-provided information
DraftMyBill relies on the data you provide. Incomplete, outdated, or incorrect inputs may produce incomplete or incorrect outputs. You must ensure that information you enter is accurate.
7. Draft / verification status of generated documents
DraftMyBill helps you prepare and verify bill calculations and related documents. Generated documents (including PDFs and Excel files) are calculation and preparation outputs. They are not government-issued, government-certified, approved, authenticated, or sanctioned documents. They are not official approvals, payment authorities, or submissions to any department.
Generated bill PDFs include DraftMyBill draft identification (a draft watermark and disclaimer) stating that they are unofficial documents for preparation and verification purposes only.
You must not present a DraftMyBill-generated document as an authentic government instrument without the required independent verification, approval, or sanction from the competent authority.
When you generate a bill, it may be stored in My Bills until you delete it. You can delete a stored bill from My Bills; that deletion removes that bill's stored document and related bill data, but does not delete your account or other bills. Details of storage and retention are described in the Privacy Policy.
You must review all generated content before relying on it for any official or departmental purpose.
8. Calculation and reference-data limitations
Calculations and document outputs are based on the inputs, rules, and reference data available in the Application at the time of use. Pay rules, government orders, circulars, and departmental practices can change. DraftMyBill does not guarantee that any calculation is complete for every possible case or that it matches every official requirement in every situation.
Government orders, circular memos, manuals, and forms shown in the Application are provided as convenient reference copies. They are not a substitute for official gazettes, departmental portals, or authenticated copies issued by the concerned authority.
9. User responsibility to verify generated bills
You must independently verify generated bills, figures, and documents against applicable official rules, government orders, circulars, instructions, and departmental requirements before using them for any official purpose.
10. Intended purpose of DraftMyBill
DraftMyBill is an independent software tool for bill preparation and verification. It does not claim that generated bills are automatically approved, accepted, authorized, or guaranteed to be accepted by any government department. It does not replace official government systems, procedures, rules, or approvals. It does not submit bills or claims to any government system on your behalf.
11. Service availability
We aim to keep DraftMyBill available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. Maintenance, outages, or updates may temporarily affect availability.

Use of the Application is at your own risk.
